We currently ship across Spain and France, with the rest of the
EU rolling out soon. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and
typically arrive in 3–6 business days with tracked delivery.

How do I choose the right size?

for beds and carriers.
How should I care for my products?
Most bed covers and cushions are removable and
machine washable at 30°C. Check the care label on each product for exact instructions.
Returns & exchanges
What is the return window?
30 days from delivery, unused and in its original
packaging. See our refund policy for the full terms.
Something arrived damaged?
Contact us through the
contact page with your order number and a photo — we will make it right.
Account & payment
Do I need an account to order?
No, guest checkout works. An account makes tracking,
reordering and address management faster.
