Choosing the right size
Measure your pet while standing, with a soft tape. The most useful measurement is the distance from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, plus chest circumference for harnesses and carriers. If your pet is between two sizes, size up for beds and carriers so they can stretch out comfortably.

Care
Remove loose hair with a soft brush before washing. Most bed covers and cushions are removable and machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle; air-dry where possible. Wicker and wooden pieces should be wiped with a damp cloth. Always check the care label on the individual product.
