Where we ship
We currently ship to Spain and France, with the rest of the EU rolling out soon. The countries available at checkout are always the ones we can confirm delivery to.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll get an email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time & cost
Shipping cost depends on your order and delivery address and is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises at the last step. All current destinations get tracked delivery in 3–6 business days once the order ships.
Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the order date, and can vary slightly by postcode and carrier load — public holidays may add a day or two.
Tracking your order
Every order includes tracked delivery. Sign in and open My orders for live tracking, or use the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & duties
All current delivery destinations are within the EU, so orders move intra-EU with no customs formalities or import duties for the buyer.
Delayed or missing packages
If tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days, or your delivery window has passed, contact us via our contact page with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier on your behalf.
Delivery address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we ship to the address provided and can't be responsible for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to correct it.
